Welcome to Champagne Ghost Spa! We appreciate your interest in our services. Before booking an appointment or using our facilities, please review the following Terms of Service. These terms outline the rules and conditions that apply to your use of our spa and the services we provide. By accessing or using our spa, you agree to these terms. Booking and Appointments
1.1. To book an appointment, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your name, contact details, and any specific service requirements.
1.2. All appointments are subject to availability.
1.3. A valid credit card or deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
1.4. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel, or reschedule appointments at our discretion.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
2.1. Clients are required to cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
2.2. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made 24 hours or more in advance, the client will be responsible for a fee equal to 20% of the total cost of the booked services.
2.3. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, the client will forfeit their full deposit.
2.4. No-shows or failure to provide any notice will also result in the loss of the full deposit.
Arrival and Late Policy
3.1. We recommend arriving 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation.
3.2. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time to avoid disrupting other scheduled clients.
Health and Safety
4.1. We prioritize the health and safety of our clients and staff by maintaining a clean and sanitized environment in accordance with applicable regulations.
4.2. Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or other concerns that may affect their treatment.
4.3. Clients agree to follow all safety, hygiene, and usage instructions provided by staff.
Payment
5.1. Payment for services is due at the time of your visit unless otherwise agreed upon.
5.2. We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and cash only at the time of service. Credit cards are not accepted.
5.3. All deposits are applied toward your final service total unless forfeited under the cancellation policy.
Privacy and Confidentiality
6.1. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.2. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected, used, and protected.
Code of Conduct
7.1. Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests at all times.
7.2. Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment, discrimination, or misconduct, will result in immediate termination of services and possible refusal of future bookings.
Changes to Terms of Service
8.1. Champagne Ghost Spa reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
8.2. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
By booking an appointment or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
